International Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.
Any custom fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer upon the delivery of the package. Customs require us to state the value of your order directly onto your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Customs could create a delay in the delivery time for some packages. Orders cannot be shipped via an expedited shipping method, such as Next Day or 2nd Day.
Prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The bank of which is affiliated with the credit card used determines the exact exchange rate that will be charged. By ordering at Kurveshop.com and choosing to ship internationally, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to the Kurveshop warehouse. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at door.
We do not accept returns on international orders except for receiving damaged goods, or if you have received a wrong order due to a mistake on our part. In the instance that a product was delivered with defects, or a mistaken order on our part then we will refund you in the original form of payment and cover the original shipping costs. Unfortunately return shipping is not covered due to the high price for international shipping.
Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please make the return within 14 days of delivery, to our Online Returns address. You can apply for a return label if you go to "Your Account", view your "Order History", then click on the order number of the item you wish to return and select the return option. If you select "Provide shipping label" we will email you a shipping label for you to print and the cost of the label will be deducted from your total refund amount. If you choose to return ship to us with your own expenses you will not be refunded the shipping costs. If you ordered a multiple amount of items, but are not returning all items, only the cost of the item your ordered will be refunded and the original shipping costs and return shipping will not be refunded. After we have received your returned merchandise, we will inspect every item returned to check the condition of the garments and see if it is liable for a refund. If there are any problems with worn, stained, or damaged clothes we will not be able to issue a refund. An email will be sent letting you know if your returned items will be refunded or not and why. Please allow up to seven business days for us to issue you your refund in the original form of payment. We will notify you via email when the refund has gone through. Your bank may hold the funds for an additional time period until they process it.
Most items are returnable, however there are some items that are final sale. Any accessories, headwear, gift cards, and sale items are all final sale.
